Sometimes being a friend means mastering the art of timing.
There is a time for silence.
A time to let go and allow people to hurl themselves into their own destiny.
And a time to prepare to pick up the pieces

We see the perfect someone in our friend..

But what we don't see
is that as soon as we take that next step,
they will turn into someone
we never knew at all.

and realized how many knots they tied
to keep you from falling.

People are given the opportunity
to meet the love of their lives,
some unexpectedly,
some through years of friendship,
and some by chance,
some in an instant.
Only few have the foresight
to see beyond imperfections
and take it wholeheartedly.

When love is present
it won't require how you look like,
how you dress,
how you perceive
but on what you become
when that person is around.

Learn to appreciate the people around you
because you might lose a person
who cares the most..

It's just something that happens
as we age up..
we realize it's not important
to have many friends..
what's important is to have
real ones..

It's complicated.

and knowing you can be thrown off anytime.

Strangers to friends.

We started out as strangers,
each occupied by our own thought and interest,
except for a name and a smile,
we know nothing more.
But our smiles brought us together
until we realized that
we became close to each other.
We shared everything,
from jokes to problems to secrets.
Though continually drawn apart
by our homeworks, activities and various responsibilities in life,
we often had the time to see one another..
